TruKid

TurKid is 100% natural products for kids! They make personal hygiene products and more just for kids!

How many times have you told your kids "go back and wash your hands"? I know I have a lot. TruKid is made so that your kids get excited about hand washing, hair washing etc...There fun and bright colored bottles makes it fun for the kids to do it all by them selves! Also, on the bottle I liked that it showed the child where the product was going to go. For example, the lotion, the bottle had a stick figure of a body on it. So even for the young ones they could see where it goes.

I got to review most of there line of products. Shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, hair detangler, lotion, and face wash.



I have a 2, 7 and 9 year old. My 7 year old jumped up and used the face was right away. The wash lathered well and smelt really good. My daughters face was nice and clean afterward. I was very happy that she was happy to wash her face! =)
She was excited that it was a wash just for her, just for kids!

The kids also tryed out the silly shampoo and cool conditioner. It smelt ok. Got there hair clean, that is all that matters!

I tried out the happy face and body lotion on my 2 year old who loved it. It made her skin so silky smooth. Ingredients: Botanical Infusion of: Avandula Angustifolia (Lavender)*, Chamomilla Recutita Matricaria Flower Oil (Chamomile)*, Melissa Officinalis (Balm Mint), Achillea Millefolium (Yarrow)*,Tussilago Farfara (Coltsfoot Leaf) Extract, In Purified Water, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Capric/Caprylic Triglycerides, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil*, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Oil*, Octyl Palmitate, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil*, Aloe.

After there bathes I helped my 7 year old with the hair dancing detangler. This products was great! My daughter very long and gets tangled easy! I shook up the spray and sprayed it in her hair, smelt ok, but it worked great! Tangeles came out pretty easy! We also tried out the sunscreen. It wasn't greasy at all! They played outside in the sun right afterwords! I always fell good once they have sunscreen on! We will have to try it out again in the summer!

I am so happy I found TruKid! I would recomend it to everyone!

As much fun as it is to review girl items I had to review a boy item for my step son ;D I got to review a name plaque with his name on it. It also had a cute lil' robot on it! The name plaque is MUCH bigger in person! Here is what it looks like,

Fall leave

That it is!

My family and I love to make our own fall leaves! We love to color them with warm fall colors and tape them to the windows and doors! The kids have so much fun doing this.

Tissue paper ghost

I decided to change my blog up a little bit.I cannot wait until Halloween. It's my family's favorite holiday! The kids love getting buying and eating candy, looking at the scary houses and of course decorating!!!

This has been a tradition I started with my step son and daughter 4 years ago.Tissue paper ghosts. It's fun to make. The kids will have so much fun making these. I know we do!!!



Here is how you make them

1.take 2 or 3 sheets of Kleenex, or tissue paper, lay them flat on the table

2.Wad up 3 or 4 Kleenex tissues in a ball

3. Lay the ball of Kleenex tissue in center of flat tissue

4.Wrap tissue paper around ball so the wad of tissue looks like the head of the ghost

5.Wrap up the "head" with a twisty tie or rubber band

6.Make eyes with permanent marker

7. Hang ghosts with string or twisty ties on trees
